POLICY 1.
By law, these audio and videocassettes may NOT be duplicated in part nor
completely. 2.
By law, these audio and videocassettes
may NOT be used for commercial or theatrical 3.
By law, these audio and videocassettes
may NOT be shown in a public place. According
to copyright law, a public performance is one that takes place outside the home
or where a substantial number of
persons outside the normal circle of family and its social acquaintances is
gathered. 4.
The borrower, whether a library or a patron, is responsible whenever a
producer 5.
The borrower, whether a library or a patron, takes responsibility for the
care 6.
Cameron Public Library is NOT responsible for damage caused to a
borrower's equipment by playing the audio and videocassettes. 7.
The Cameron Public Library is not responsible for any changes made in the
content of the audio and videocassettes
(such as inserted graffiti). 8.
The borrower is responsible for damaged audio and videocassettes,
(whether broken,
magnetized, recorded over,
etc.), if permanently damaged the audio or videocassette
must be paid for in accordance with rule "Damaged or Lost
Materials" in this policy. |
